Carrie Schwarz

Chief Executive Officer

Carrie has spent over twenty years in the financial industry, including serving as a senior portfolio manager, founding and managing a hedge fund, as well as establishing and managing a proprietary trading department for a major financial institution. She started her career at Bear Stearns then joined American Partners LP, a hedge fund that focused on Risk Arbitrage. She became the Head of Research and a Partner. In 1991 she left American Partners LP to launch Athena Investment Partners LP, a hedge fund focused on special situations. In 1999, Ms. Schwarz joined Bank of America Securities, founding and managing their Risk Arbitrage Department. After the birth of her son, Carrie left Bank of America and became a Senior Portfolio Manager at Metropolitan Capital Advisors. Carrie founded Revolutionary Tracker in 2012 and presently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2019, leveraging her experiences and relationships she garnered as CEO of Revolutionary Tracker Carrie Co-Founded Pivotal Health Tech, a wearable technology company addressing the complex health challenges in our present environment. She serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pivotal Health Tech. Carrie is on the board of Weizmann Institute of Science and is very involved in numerous organizations that benefit children, seniors, families, Veterans and animals. Through her professional and personal endeavors, Carrie is committed to making a difference in the daily lives of her company’s customers, her community and the world at large. She resides in New York City with her husband and son.

Matthew Kassin

Chief Revenue Officer

After almost two decades of successful sales and sales management in such diverse market segments as telecommunications, software sales and the wholesale beverage industry, Matt entered the online AdTech space in 1999 with NetGravity, an interactive advertising technology company that was soon to merge with DoubleClick becoming the internet’s single largest provider of ad serving technology (AdTech) for both Publishers and Advertisers. While at DoubleClick, Matt forged key alliances with some of the web’s most premier interactive media, technology and data organizations, Leaving DoubleClick in late 2000, Matt joined Real Media as the Director of Strategic Technology Sales. He was charged with the crucial task of initiating and developing relationships with key online publishers that would provide Real Media with significant revenue opportunities and real market presence and credibility. When 24/7 acquired Real Media in 2002, Matt continued to be responsible for landing key publisher deals as well as enhancing the relationship with a proprietary web analytic tool. Matt’s success with crafting business partnerships with such properties as Jupiter Media, CBS Marketwatch.com, Gannet’s Interactive Group, Foxnews.com and the WeatherChannel.com became the driving force behind the recognition of Open
Adstream, Real Media’s technology platform, as the industry’s number one ad serving technology. At Real Media, Matt managed technology deployment and implementation, account management and support, product development research and dissemination, and played key roles in market pricing and positioning. As Chief Revenue Officer for Revolutionary Tracker, Matt is responsible for driving all sales, partnership and income initiatives for the company.  Bringing those experiences of solving unique healthcare challenges with innovative wearable solutions, Matt is leveraging his business development background and consultative product development skills to deliver laser focused tools applied to some of today's most significant health & wellness dilemmas confronting today's business environment.    

 
 

Jodi Dehli

Chief Strategy Officer

Jodi is our Chief Strategy Officer with over 25 years in strategy and marketing of private and public companies.

She was a Senior Managing Director in Institutional Equites at Piper Jaffray, a US- based investment bank for 10 years. Jodi serviced some of the largest and most successful hedge funds and money managers in the country. She was a founding member of Piper Jaffray’s Equity Capital Markets Policy Committee, which guided the firm through major strategic change.

After her career at Piper, she was President and COO of Rothschild Capital Partners, a private investment fund managing over $350 million in New York, Minneapolis and Baltimore. Jodi built the business and the team from a small family office to a major national entity.

In addition, Jodi has developed multiple residential real estate and investment properties – earning the front cover of Robb Report and Midwest Home among other publications over the years. She has guided angel and venture investments to success over the course of her career.

Jodi’s greatest gift is her ability to create solutions for her clients and their companies.

Michael Musial

Chief Technology Officer

Michael is the lead technologist and Solutions Architect/Engagement Manager with over 25 years of technical/operational consulting. He specializes in contact centers, commercial application projects and cloud computing extensions.  Michael has led and mentored project teams from both technical and functional perspectives. He has managed multiple development teams to achieve performance with diverse industry and technology skills. He has excellent communication, analytical, and team building skills. He is able to plan, coordinate, budget, and control projects that are both highly visible and complex. Michael has managed and built several multi-million dollar management call center infrastructures for clients that include: Nevada Energy, CVS/Caremark, Allstate, and Talk America. One of his projects won a CRM Excellence award in 2005.

 

Leon Magnum

Advisor to Business Development for Veterans and the Military

     U.S. Army Veteran, Mr. Leon Mangum is currently an active Board member with the, Allen J Lynch Medal of Honor Veterans Foundation and the non-for-profit, Veterans Serving Our Communities (VSOC) at the University of Chicago. He is the past Director of the, Allen J Lynch Medal of Honor Veterans Assistance Program, which provided support to Veterans during hardship leading towards homelessness. During his 3.5 years as Director, the program awarded over $400,000.00 in grants nationwide to Veterans for rental assistance, utility bills, sustenance, and healthcare. His leadership also facilitated career development and continuing education for them and their children. During Mr. Mangum’s time of service, he primarily served as a Medic in the U.S. Army; he also held two additional medical military occupational specialties. Additionally, his time of service met with the completion of the active duty internship program, Operation Warfighter, which afforded him positions with The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center as a Programs Analyst and later he received an appointment as the Medical Center’s Health Science Specialist. Mr. Mangum studied Biological Sciences at Park University in Parkville Missouri. He holds degrees in Nutrition and Health Sciences, he is also a credentialed Veterans Service Officer (VSO). Mr. Mangum enjoys a healthy lifestyle and encourages the same for all Veterans and their families and others around him. He is the recipient of the, prestigious, Chicago Defender’s “Men of Excellence Award” and the, Utilities Workers Military Assistance Program’s “Excellence in Advocacy Award”. Mr. Mangum is a big fan of service towards others. He encourages all men and women to find a way each day to advance the lives of Veterans experiencing misfortune in their quest to move forward for themselves and their families.

Jordi Arimany

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Arimany is the Chief Financial Officer at Pivotal Health Tech. Arimany is an expert in startup and small business funding having set up small business lending operations at two banks and advised many others.  He has investment banking experience in Central America and the US.  Arimany is a Board Member in publicly traded company Kaya Holdings, Inc., a company that has raised millions in private equity. He has first-hand entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder in cable TV, healthcare, and logistics companies. Arimany has also been involved in low-income housing and power generation projects.
